RightMarch.com (“The Website”) agrees to supply services to the Subscriber, subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS).
All provisions of this contract are subject to RightMarch.com’s TOS and PP. The PP may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Website. Subscriber understands that change to the PP by the Website shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, county of Gilmer applicable to contracts enforceable in that state. Venue will be Gilmer County, Georgia.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The PP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Website may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition RightMarch.com shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.
Donations and Payments:
Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service supplied and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Payee. Payee is aware that the Website may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon the Website achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.
When you transmit payment information on a web site, the Website highly recommends Payee close all open browser windows. This clears all active information from Payee’s browser, and helps to ensure that his or her credit card number and other information cannot be viewed by any third-party.
When Payee transmits a payment through any of the Website’s landing pages, only the submission of credit card number, expiration date, and CVV data is required in the payment processor. For security purposes, the Website does not store any of this information. The information the Website does store for its records include Payee’s name, address, IP address, and other relevant info. The reason the Website stores this information is if the option was given on the contribution/order form for you Payee to “Opt-In” to our mailing list; Payee may receive information via email from us or selected marketing partners. In addition, the Website sometimes shares our information with selected marketing partners if it deems their offers may be of interest to Payee/Subscriber via postal mail. Only your contact information for delivery will be shared. Never at any time will the Website transfer a Payee credit card number or any other financial information, unless required by law. There is also opt-out information at the bottom of each email the Website sends with instructions on how to unsubscribe from future offers. If Payee/Subscriber would like to opt-out of these offers, he or she may contact us at any time at our contact page.
Refund and Disputes:
RightMarch will not refund a donation or purchase. To dispute a charge, please use our contact page. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in RightMarch’s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and /or PP, you agree to pay RightMarch an “Administrative Fee” of not less than $100.00.
