Police are pushing for a new law that would require wireless providers to record and store your private text messages for at least two years!
Judge Napolitano argues that while this is a privacy issue, it’s also a business judgment issue.
The law would require police to obtain a search warrant prior to access the messages, but would also require wireless companies to keep the information at their own expense.
